Established in 1958, Tri-County Construction Inc, (TCC) has a Class A Contractors License (#7465A) and has grown to become a strongly recognized construction company in the Northern Virginia area. We are fully insured with Liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance and we serve numerous customers throughout the Northern Virginia region, mostly in the Loudoun, Fairfax and Arlington counties. We specialize in General Contracting and Construction Management with the flexibility to team up with many of its partners to offer Design-Build or other type of construction services.

TCC’s growth and achievements are a result of long term planning while developing strong relationships with its suppliers and customers. The dedication and hard work of its talented and experienced employees has led to high customer satisfaction and frequent repeat customers. TCC has had extensive experience working with various counties and their building, permitting, zoning and occupancy requirements. One of the owners was on the Leesburg Planning Commission and has significant knowledge and insights on the regulatory requirements for all building and zoning issues.
Past project experience and current workload reflects its diverse client base and showcases its dynamic capabilities. TCC’s construction experience range from small projects such as office build-outs, renovations, and residential repairs to million dollar projects for educational buildings, office buildings, custom homes, health care/research and development facilities, recreational and religious institutions, as well as retail establishments.
TCC specializes in customizing its approach to the needs and challenges of each project, no matter the size and scope. We have numerous references and commendations that are available upon request.
SERVICE AREA
We primarily work in Loudoun County, Fairfax County, and Arlington County. (We will consider work in Prince William County, Fauquier County, and the Winchester area depending on the specific project.)
