I received a detailed cost estimate, and was able to choose between a couple of options. Once I gave the go-ahead, the work was done quickly and within my budget. The company then followed up to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Later, I contacted them for the small job of repairing a privacy fence that was falling over. Tri-County Construction built my little 2 bedroom, 2 bath, cottage in 2000. It has been a joy to be here and to receive numerous compliments -- and requests for the plans! Steve and Thom were a joy to work with and were very accommodating to all our dumb questions. Nothing seemed to daunt them in responding to our queries and our desires. Because many of my friends are in the position of down-sizing because of (1) advancing years and (2) children moving out and on, so many have asked about my drawings.
