2013-ASSISTED CS MONROE TECH CENTER IN BUILDING THEIR HOUSE

               

TCC recently assisted CS Monroe Tech Center in building their 9th house. TCC helped by framing the 2nd story of the house, setting the trusses, sheathing the roof, and adding the exterior trim.

"MTC’s building construction teacher Andrew Campbell, served as general contractor for the project. Campbell thanked the many professional contractors that helped construct the home, including Tri-County Construction, Inc."

PRESERVATION

                 

TCC was presented with an Achievement of Excellence award by the Preservation Society of Loudoun County for one of TCC’s projects.

TCC recently did extensive work on a 200 year old home that was on the Virginia Historical Register and required massive interior and exterior renovation. At the end of the 8 month project and over $400,000 in work, the house was re-certified and recognized as meeting all requirements of the Virginia Historical Register.
